My MM 10k auger was leaking hydraulic fluid. Justin didn't just repair the auger, he went the extra mile and did a full service on the machine and also educated me about best practices on how to keep my MM10k drive head in optimal condition. The only regret I have is that I did not purchase my equipment through him. Since he's an authorize dealer for digga, I will be purchasing equipment through him going forward.

I came across their Facebook add while looking at rental options for a skid loader, and their prices were to good to pass up. During my initial conversation with Justin he told me that they had the attachments that I needed for stump grinding and was able to suggest a land plain for when I was ready to level it all out. That was a huge help since I am not an expert in this field. The equipment was delivered for a really good price which saved me a ton of headache and time. The skid loader and attachments were in great condition and worked very well, and Justin walked me through the operation of the stump grinder attachment and how to connect and disconnect the other attachments. I strongly suggest Root River Equipment for any of your equipment rental needs. I will be calling them again in the near future since the experience was excellent on all fronts.

We had a great experience with our rental, the owners were friendly and knowledgeable and the equipment we rented was reasonably priced. The skid steer we rented worked great and was exactly what we needed to do some clearing projects on a piece of property we purchased. We had great communication with the owners and they were able to make some recommendations for other pieces of equipment we could rent for future projects. We took advantage of their delivery and pick up service and wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.
